To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Mandate Manager Trust (60-100%) in Dietlikon/Zurich immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Customer accounting and financial statement preparation (interim and annual financial statements)
• Final consultation and optimization
• Processing tax returns and tax declarations of all kinds for legal and natural persons
• Managing payroll mandates and personnel administration
• Consulting on the organization, setup, and management of financial accounting and subsidiary ledgers
• Support during all types of company changes
• Property accounting
• Collaboration with other internal specialists and experts (tax experts, auditors, etc.)

Your profile

• Certified trust expert or finance and accounting specialist with a professional certificate
• Or university degree (FH/Uni), preferably with a focus on accounting
• Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as common accounting software (ideally Abacus)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, flexibility, initiative, and commitment; independent, precise, and responsible working style as well as high discretion
