To expand our purchasing crew, we are looking for a responsible and independent personality as Junior Purchasing Clerk 100% (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement, workplace Zollikofen / BE
This position includes the following tasks - Responsible for the predominantly operational procurement of packaging materials, operating resources, machine spare parts, and coffee capsules - In close collaboration with production planning and retail, determine the required quantities and place orders with national and international suppliers on time
  • Monitor delivery dates and check invoices
  • Maintain master data in the ERP system
  • Actively participate in optimization projects within the supply chain as well as in the
introduction of the planned new ERP system Requirements for this exciting position
  • Completed technical basic training or commercial basic training with a technical flair
  • Possibly in further training to become a technical merchant or purchasing specialist with federal diploma
  • Proficient Excel user, strong numerical skills, ability to recognize connections
  • Planning & organizational skills
  • Very good German and good English skills (B2), French skills are an advantage
