Our Shop-in-Shop Manor Monthey (VS) is looking for an Assistant Store Manager.
Your mission:
- Support the Store Manager in optimising the store's profitability (margins, stock, depreciation, inventory) and contribute to monitoring and achieving the budget by the teams;
- Develop store sales and promote all products and services offered by the Fnac brand;
- Be a source of proposals and improvements on store procedures and ensure their proper understanding and application;
- Ensure, together with the Store Manager, close management of the store team: team organisation, briefing, daily support by sharing knowledge, participation in monitoring the team’s activity as well as in defined action plans;
- Ensure the organisation and maintenance of the shelves: restocking, merchandising, price control and updates;
- Participate in defining and guarantee the implementation and effectiveness of the store’s commercial action plans.

- You have more than two years of successful experience in a similar position and possess genuine managerial qualities;
- You are passionate about the publishing field (bookshop, music, cinema, gaming) and technical products;

- You have a sense of organisation and enjoy working with objectives to improve the team’s performance.
