Production Employee 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this versatile role, you independently carry out complete assembly orders – from cutting to connector assembly to polishing work. You visually and instrumentally inspect your assembled cables, print, label, and package the products according to customer orders. Additionally, you support the team in final assembly and work closely with your colleagues.

What do I need to be successful?

• Very good fine motor skills and a keen sense of touch, ideal for handling very fine fibre optic cables

• Technical understanding and interest in precise, delicate assembly work

• Very good spoken German skills

• Independent, reliable, and efficient working style with high accuracy

• Basic PC user skills for simple documentation and input of test protocols

• Experience in a production environment is an advantage
