caretaker, 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for the maintenance of the buildings and outdoor facilities including winter services
• In doing so, you organise and accompany maintenance work and carry out minor repairs
• Furthermore, you operate and monitor modern building services systems including HVAC and carry out building condition inspections
• In addition, you coordinate the craftsmen during service appointments and repairs

Requirements

• You have training as a caretaker or as a specialist in operational maintenance
• A trained craftsman with solid professional experience as a caretaker is also suitable for this role
• You are characterised by technical understanding, manual dexterity, interest in building technology as well as an independent way of working
• Good physical condition, some flexibility regarding working hours as well as absolute reliability and discretion are essential for this role
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form as well as a category B driving licence are required
• Do you consider yourself an interested, service-oriented, conscientious and trustworthy team player with professional manners?
