Polymechanic - Maintenance Specialist

• Maintenance, repair, and servicing of production equipment and infrastructure
• Conducting fault analyses and troubleshooting
• Optimizing machine performance and participating in the implementation of improvements
• Documentation of maintenance and repair work
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth production processes
• Independent on-call and emergency service duties on a regular rotation

• Completed vocational training as a mechanic or locksmith; professional experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge in the maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Problem-solving approach and technical understanding
• Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
• Native German speaker and additional foreign language skills are an advantage
