Judicial Secretary I

Tasks:
- independently carries out investigative acts delegated by the Public Prosecutor
- prepares drafts of incidental and merit decisions
- prepares legal opinions for the judge
- if necessary, actively collaborates with the secretary in current administration and in the digital and paper management of files
Requirements:
- lawyer's license, doctorate in Swiss law or master of law or degree in Swiss law
- initiative and teamwork spirit
- good computer skills
- availability for flexible hours and on-call service
- reliability, precision, discretion, and sense of responsibility
- knowledge of the AGITI application
- native Italian speaker
- excellent knowledge of official languages (spoken and written)
- Swiss citizenship
- no criminal record
- no ongoing enforcement proceedings (justified) and no certificates of asset deficiency
Special remarks:
- the position of Judicial Secretary I (class 11) can only be assigned to candidates holding complete academic degrees: university degree, diploma, consecutive master's degree or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits) and who have at least 15 years of professional experience in the required field
- the position of Judicial Secretary II (class 10) will be assigned only to candidates holding a bachelor or short degree or to candidates with less than 15 years of professional experience in the required field and holding complete academic degrees: university degree, diploma, consecutive master's degree or university of applied sciences (Bachelor + Master 270/300 ECTS credits)
- preference will be given to candidates who have already obtained the lawyer's license and who have experience in criminal law
- start of activity: to be agreed
- workplace: to be defined Bellinzona or Lugano
- employment level: one position at 100% and one at 50%. Candidates are invited to indicate the desired employment level in their application

Employment conditions:
- appointment or assignment: as provided by the Law on the organization of State employees and teachers of March 15, 1995 (LORD) and the related Regulation. Any changes in law concerning salary and organization are explicitly reserved
- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
