Polymechanics in Aircraft Maintenance are sought-after specialists in various
fields of activity. The job involves the inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft
and aircraft components.
You will collaborate with other professionals on the aircraft and in the workshops.
- 1st and 2nd year in the exempt training workshop of SWISS TechOps: You will acquire a broad
foundation of knowledge and skills as a Polymechanic. The focus is on
work techniques such as manual production, conventional and CNC-controlled production,
as well as the assembly of mechanical and pneumatic components.
- 3rd and 4th year: Specialized training in aircraft maintenance at SWISS at
Zurich Kloten Airport
- 1 to 2 days per week: Theoretical training at the vocational school
- SWISS supports attendance at the vocational school (vocational maturity)
- You have the opportunity to obtain the Aircraft Mechanic License EASA Cat. A during the training
