Your field of activity
- In this position, you take responsibility for the entire site operation and around 20 employees in logistics, recycling, and metal processing.
- Specifically, this includes piece goods logistics, a plant for processing street collector sludge, the entire metal value creation with can and light metal sorting, as well as the transshipment for the material flows of the region.
- You are responsible for the efficient deployment planning of personnel, machines, and vehicles. In addition, you work closely with dispatch, maintenance, safety, sales, and marketing.
- You shape a culture of respectful cooperation. Your leadership style is clear, visible, and binding. Employees are developed, challenged, promoted, and given responsibility by you.
- Furthermore, your tasks include initiating and sustainably implementing projects and improvements. You actively accompany changes in processes and standards, provide orientation, and create stability.
Your profile
- For this key role, we are looking for a personality who takes leadership seriously, empowers people, optimizes processes, and actively shapes change.
- You bring several years of practical leadership experience in a technical, industrial, or logistical environment.
- Ideally, you have a technical or operational education (EFZ) with further training at HF/FH level or comparable.
- You are a personality who leads before problems arise, engages people, and sets a direction. You have assertiveness combined with social competence. You enjoy developing employees further and have the necessary sensitivity to stabilize teams. In addition, you have strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- You work in a structured way, think in processes, and bring project competence. For this, you have a strong ability to organize complexity and set priorities. At the same time, you live a hands-on mentality, are solution-oriented, pragmatic, focused, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty yourself.

- The paid maternity leave is 16 weeks, and the salary is paid 100% during this time. New fathers receive two weeks of paternity leave; also at 100% salary.
