THYON - Rental Manager with 100% Commercial Mission
Missions related to commercial development
§ Develop the tenant portfolio and optimize the marketing of properties while ensuring smooth and quality rental management.
§ Actively seek new tenants (individual clients and groups)
§ Actively seek new intermediaries and resellers of holiday stays
§ Follow up on prospects until booking (closing)
§ Optimize distribution platforms
§ Develop the enhancement of properties
§ Strengthen the visibility and positioning of Imalp Thyon in its market
Missions related to rentals
§ Handle reservation requests online, by phone or email
§ Establish rental contracts, follow client files and verify that applied rates correspond to published prices
§ Send various payment and deposit links to clients
§ Maintain a summer and winter reservation schedule
§ Coordinate cleaning items with cleaning teams
§ Coordinate repairs to be made in properties with the technical manager
§ Manage equipment lent by the agency to tenants (raclette ovens, caquelons, etc.)
§ Keep descriptions of rental properties up to date and optimize them according to the model and structure defined by the agency
§ Keep the photo book of rental properties up to date
§ Publish rental properties on the agency's various distribution channels
§ Enter rental prices into the software parameters according to instructions and management validation
§ Ensure client and agency TO check-ins and check-outs
§ Manage additional service payments and close the cash register daily
§ Organize remote key handovers in case of late arrivals or agency closure days
§ Handle any client complaints with the support of their hierarchical superior
§ Keep the inventory of keys for rental or managed properties up to date
Missions related to sales
Support and assist the Sales Department manager in sales files (visits, preparation of sales files, etc.)§ Hold a CFC/commercial employee diploma followed by additional training in tourism or any other training deemed equivalent
§ Experience in real estate, tourism or hospitality (a real plus)
§ Perfect command of French, good command of German and English (spoken and written)
§ Perfect mastery of common IT tools (Office, Citi a real asset)
§ Developed commercial sense (ease in relationships, persuasion)
§ Dynamic, flexible and proactive personality
§ Results-oriented
§ Willing to work irregular hours, especially in winter and summer seasons
§ Developed team spirit
§ Interest in mountains and winter sports
