The emergency center is responsible for the medical emergency care of over 35,000 emergency patients annually, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Our emergency department includes 14 monitoring stations and a shock room with 2 places as well as an integrated emergency practice with 4 treatment rooms.
- Triage (shift management) of newly admitted emergency patients
- Emergency care of adult and pediatric patients in the fields of medicine, surgery, traumatology, urology, and gynecology
- Assistance and application of therapeutic and diagnostic measures
- Maintenance and servicing of devices and equipment
- have completed further training as a Dipl. Expert in Emergency Care NDS HF or an equivalent, Switzerland-recognized qualification
