In this exciting role, you take responsibility for our product portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle. You design and accompany the path from the product idea to successful market launch.
Your area of responsibility
- Product portfolio management: Responsibility for defining, developing, and strategically advancing the portfolio
- Product maintenance & optimization: Ensuring competitiveness through continuous adjustment and further development of existing products
- Interface management: Close collaboration with internal departments and external partners for efficient project implementation
- Market launch: Planning, coordinating, and supporting new products until successful launch
- Market & competitor analysis: Monitoring trends, customer needs, and competitors to derive recommendations for action and innovation impulses
You thus make a decisive contribution to the sustainable positioning and further development of our company in the market.
Your profile
- At least three years of professional experience in an industrial environment in Switzerland, as a product manager, product owner with end-to-end responsibility and/or experience in product, product portfolio, end of life (co-)responsibility
- Strong market and customer orientation as well as analytical strength in dealing with key figures
- High motivation, willingness to shape, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience in managing technical product projects from idea to market launch
- Knowledge of project management and good business understanding
- Confident working in cross-functional teams and experience in agile project management
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills; French desirable
- Completed technical basic training with further education to engineer HF/FH in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
- Further training in product management (e.g., CAS) is an advantage
