Real Estate Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Olten or Bern, 80-100%

Your responsibilities:

• In your own portfolio, you ensure complete and timely accounting – from accounts payable to accounts receivable to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• As a central point of contact, you handle accounting inquiries from our internal and external clients in a solution-oriented and reliable manner
• You analyze numbers, review financial statements, and ensure that our data is accurate
• You manage owner bank accounts and ensure liquidity planning
• In projects, process improvements, and system tests, you actively contribute your expertise
• You assist colleagues during onboarding or support them with professional questions

That's why you succeed:

• A completed commercial education is your foundation, ideally complemented by further training in accounting or real estate
• You have at least five years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in the real estate environment
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and an independent working style characterize you
• Even in hectic moments, you remain structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
• In addition to a good flair for numbers, you have good verbal and written communication skills in German
