To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the intensive care unit at HFR Fribourg – Cantonal Hospital for:

Nurses on a 6-month fixed-term contract
(80-100 %)

Your mission:

• Provide quality care in partnership with patients and their families, respecting the care philosophy of HFR.
• Actively participate in the continuity of care in collaboration with medical and paramedical teams.
• Develop your clinical skills within a structured and supported learning framework.
• Contribute to the quality and safety of services by adhering to institutional protocols and standards.

Your profile:

• Diploma as a Registered Nurse HES in general care or equivalent training recognised by the Swiss Red Cross.
• At least 2 years of experience in medicine and/or surgery and/or on-call duty.

  Final internship of the nursing training (8 weeks) completed in an emergency, intensive care, or recovery room service.
• Proven skills in adaptability, technical ability, communication, stress and unexpected event management, flexibility, team spirit, rigour, and proactivity.
• Motivation to work in high-intensity services and to develop your clinical knowledge.
• Proficiency in French (knowledge of German is an asset).
• Comfort with computer tools.
