Accounts Receivable Clerk 80-100%- Invoicing & Debt Collection: Independent handling of invoices, dunning, and payment transactions in the Banking mandate
- Process Optimisation: Analysis, improvement, and implementation of system and process adjustments
- Customer Support: Handling enquiries, complaints, and contracts as well as training employees
- Reconciliations & Month-End Closings: Performing month-end closings, clearing open items, and various internal reconciliations
- Contract Management: Creation, adjustment, and maintenance of contracts in the key account mandate
- Education: Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV EFZ)
- Work Experience: Ideally 2-3 years of experience in accounting and an interest in numbers and processes
- Language Skills: German (native), English business fluent
- IT Skills: Accounting tools, MS Office applications (especially Excel)
- Competencies: Affinity for numbers, attention to detail, logical thinking, teamwork, resilience, and customer orientation
