For our purchasing team, we are looking for a:

Purchasing Clerk 100 % (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Global purchasing disposition with the latest IT systems
• Ensuring high availability targets
• Efficient order processing, invoice control, and backlog processing
• Correspondence (telephone, written) with suppliers and the company's own branches
• Support of suppliers as well as conducting supplier evaluations 
• Statistical evaluations
• Various activities to support the supervisor

You bring the following qualities

• Completed training in the commercial sector or equivalent further education
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in purchasing
• Experience and affinity in dealing with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) 
• Independent and conscientious working style 
• Enjoyment of personal contact with suppliers and internal customers 
• Good oral and written communication skills in German and English
