As part of its master’s program in Psychomotricity, HETS-Geneva is seeking a teaching expert in the field of intervention methodology. Their main mission will be to transfer their clinical expertise into teaching and potentially into the activities of the Clinical Expertise and Research Center in Psychomotor Intervention (CERIP).
Description
The holder of this position will have the main mission to:
- Design and deliver initial training courses in the field of professional methodology that combine theory, clinical practice, and practical application;
- Support students in the work-study program;
- Be responsible for a class group;
- Supervise master’s theses;
- Participate in the development of the training program;
- Conduct service activities in the field of training and continuing education;
- Participate in the steering bodies of the program.
Requirements
- Master’s level or equivalent and professional title in Psychomotricity;
- Five years of significant experience in psychomotricity;
- Expertise in the evaluation and understanding of neurodevelopmental, mental, and behavioral disorders according to international classifications;
- Clinical experience with adults and adolescents, demonstrating expertise in this field;
- Experience in adult education with proven or to-be-acquired didactic skills within the first three years;
- Good knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss psychomotricity network;
- Interpersonal skills, dynamism, ability to integrate, collaborate, and work autonomously within a team;
- Organizational skills and mastery of digital tools;
- Perfect command of French, excellent writing and communication skills.
