For our client, a leading and innovative Swiss company in the field of mechanical component processing based in the Mittelland region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and skilled individual as a Coating Plant Operator (m/f/d) – 100%.

Coating Plant Operator (m/f/d) – 100%.

Your area of responsibility:

• Robot-assisted coating: You take over the setup, loading, and quality acceptance of components at the automated robot system.
• Manual finishing: You perform precise hand coatings on various workpieces.
• Surface preparation: Setting up and professionally operating the sandblasting system is also part of your duties.
• Quality control: You monitor the processes directly at the machines and record the results comprehensively in test protocols.
• Logistics & administration: You handle goods receipt and dispatch including labelling via the ERP system SAP. If needed, you also flexibly support the assembly team.

Your profile:

• Training: You have successfully completed a technical or mechanical basic education.
• Professional experience: You have already gained several years of experience as a plant operator in an industrial environment. Experience in the field of coating is a great advantage.
• System & language skills: You are proficient in MS Office and SAP and communicate fluently in German (spoken and written).
