Construction Manager, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the independent realisation of demanding and complex construction projects
• You take on competent site management and optimise construction processes
• Furthermore, you develop scheduling programmes and prepare performance specifications
• You are also responsible for tenders and awards
• Schedule and cost control as well as compliance with contract conditions are also part of your demanding tasks
• Finally, you conduct negotiations with companies and suppliers and coordinate all specialists on site
• The workload can, depending on your preference, range between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a qualification as a construction manager, construction technician, site manager, foreman, or equivalent (m/f/d)
• You have already gained professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland
• Do you also consider yourself communicative, assertive, and well organised?
