What is my role?

• Determining production and operational requirements using the ERP system

• Obtaining and skillfully negotiating offers with suppliers

• Monitoring stock levels and goods movements - to keep everything flowing

• Tracking deadlines and costs related to orders ?

• Pricing and contract terms - here you demonstrate your negotiation skills

• Inventory management according to procurement principles

• Careful checking and maintenance of master data and planning data

• Continuous improvement of workflows in line with the Lean philosophy - because stagnation is regression

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial or technical basic training as well as further training to become a certified purchasing specialist

• At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and in a comparable position - you know what matters

• Sound knowledge of ERP systems and confident use of MS Office

• Experience in negotiating with suppliers and drafting contracts - you love the challenge

• Analytical thinking with a strong strategic orientation

• Excellent German and good English skills ?

• Team player with a high sense of responsibility - together we are strong

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent working style ?
