We at Spitex Uster, a business unit of the City of Uster, are looking for committed colleagues who want to ensure and advance outpatient care, support, and assistance for around 40,500 residents in the City of Uster and the Municipality of Mönchaltorf together with us.
Our range of services includes both somatic and psychiatric care, counselling, domestic help and support, as well as the Spitex shop. In addition, we are a training and internship location and a member of the Gesundheitsmeile Uster training cooperation. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of our clients through professional, caring, and individual nursing, care, and household support. With our help, clients can remain in their familiar environment or return home earlier after a hospital stay.

Your main tasks
- Personnel, professional and organisational leadership of a somatic nursing team
- Promotion, coaching and further development of employees as well as conducting employee and development discussions
- Participation in recruitment, responsibility for the induction and assessment of new employees
- Leading team meetings and promoting a respectful team culture and cross-departmental collaboration
- Responsibility for needs-based duty and deployment planning taking into account operational requirements
- Responsibility for high nursing quality and implementation of quality assurance measures
- Primary contact person for clients and their relatives
- Close interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners
- Ensuring and managing team controlling and initiating appropriate measures
- Co-responsibility for the training of apprentices and students in cooperation with the person responsible for training
- Targeted delegation of tasks as well as participation in projects and active shaping of the further development of Spitex Uster
You bring with you
- Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Proven, position-related leadership training and experience or willingness to complete such training
- High customer and service orientation internally and externally
- Digital fitness and enjoyment of electronic administration
- Experience in the Spitex setting as well as knowledge of Perigon and RAI-HC advantageous
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, as well as very good oral understanding of Swiss German
