As an Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind the hotel's daily operational excellence. You ensure that every stay of our guests meets the highest standards of quality, service, and comfort. With your eye for detail, diplomatic skills, and passion for hospitality, you represent the hotel as a host at the highest level.
- Conduct regular hotel tours with guests to actively gather feedback and maintain relationships
- Presence in the lobby and public areas as a visible contact person for guests
- Ensure consistently outstanding guest ratings through proactive actions
- Independently handle guest complaints professionally and solution-oriented
- Develop and implement measures to prevent recurring complaints
- Control and ensure quality, service, and hygiene standards according to hotel and brand guidelines
- Conduct regular quality and hygiene audits in cooperation with department heads
- Close collaboration with the Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, and Technical departments to ensure smooth operations
- Support the General Manager in strategic planning and operational implementation of projects and initiatives
- Participate in management meetings, reporting on guest feedback, quality, and operational topics
- Co-responsibility for compliance with legal regulations, especially in hygiene, safety, and occupational health
- Motivate, coach, and train employees regarding service excellence and brand standards
- Promote a cross-cultural, service-oriented team atmosphere
Your Profile
- Completed hotel management training or studies in hospitality/hotel management
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position within luxury or 5-star hotels
- Strong leadership skills, communication ability, and organizational talent
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and high service orientation
- Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to act confidently even in demanding situations
