About the job
We are looking for a committed sales advisor for our household department in Schaffhausen who passionately supports our customers and ensures an excellent customer experience.
Your tasks
- You welcome and assist our customers, explain the various devices and household items to them, and respond to their needs. You also handle written or telephone inquiries and provide competent information.
- You record orders and offers correctly and accurately.
- You ensure a clean and tidy presentation of the displayed devices and make sure that the assortment is up to date.
- You manage the warehouse conscientiously and independently carry out the booking of incoming and outgoing goods.
- You check order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices.
- After careful verification, you independently carry out orders and returns.
- You serve our customers in the in-house bistro.
