Profile sought:
- Degree as a Social Worker HES or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the medico-social field is an asset.
- Knowledge of Medlink software is a plus, but not essential.
- Autonomous, organised person with an excellent sense of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening and analytical skills.
- Aptitude for working in a multidisciplinary team and coordinating interventions.
- Driving licence is essential.
