Service and Cashier Staff

Responsibilities

Courteous and competent care and advice for guests at the till and service station
Serving food and drinks including cash handling
Active sales with upselling and recommendation of our specials
Performing cash register closings and daily accounts
Advising guests on our offerings and providing information on allergens
Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)

Requirements

Several years of experience in service or gastronomy
Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
Resilience and calmness even during busy guest periods
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
German language skills at B1 level, additional languages are an advantage
