tasks:

• you will be involved in the execution planning for projects in the areas of renovations, conversions and replacement new builds
• you will create construction plans for residential buildings in the Eastern Switzerland area, from planning to realisation
• you will also handle official procedures during the project approval phase and maintain contact with the clients
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have a qualification as a draughtswoman in architecture / architectural draughtswoman and/or solid practical experience in the above tasks (m/f/d)
• interest in project management functions is important
• proficient use of Archicad is an advantage but not a requirement
• do you consider yourself conscientious, well organised and independent?
