Temporary Real Estate Accountant, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You support the real estate accounting team both professionally and operationally
• You ensure the accurate and timely preparation of service charge statements as well as interim and annual financial statements
• In addition, you prepare condominium owner statements (stweg)
• You are also jointly responsible for dunning runs and debt collection
• The workload can be between 90 and 100%, depending on preference
• If suitable and mutually interested, there is the possibility of a subsequent permanent position

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in real estate accounting (m/f/d)
• You are already well acquainted with the above-mentioned tasks
• Knowledge of Garaio REM is important
• Ideally, you are also familiar with Immotop 2
• Do you consider yourself experienced, thoughtful, and conscientious?
