Your tasks and our desired profileYour tasks
- Mainly responsible for the care of our exclusive Maserati customers
- Personal and telephone customer advice as well as appointment scheduling
- Planning and coordination of customer, warranty and insurance orders
- Active sale of services, additional services and accessories
- General administrative tasks
- Further tasks within the scope of customer service
Our desired profile
- Technical basic training in the automotive industry with commercial further education
- Solid experience as a service advisor for Maserati and other luxury brands
- Neat and professional appearance
- Very good IT skills (MS Office and other standard applications)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Solution- and success-oriented mindset
- Organizational talent, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Very good German and English skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
