Residential Area Manager (m/f/d) 100%
Your Task
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of a small nursing team
- Participation in recruiting new employees and responsibility for their induction
- Ensuring optimal care and support quality for 16 residents, based on the care concept
- Planning, coordination and organisation of daily routines
- Responsible for duty roster planning
- Ensuring compliance with care processes, as well as legal, professional and internal standards and requirements
- Support and coaching of employees, role model and motivator
- Contact person for residents and their relatives
- Contact person for internal and external bodies, as well as doctors
- Creation and assurance of seamless care documentation
- Participation in the further development of care quality and processes
- Collaboration with other residential area managers, nursing management, executive management and interprofessional teams
- Participation in meetings of the nursing management team
- Conducting team meetings, employee appraisals, and qualifications
- Approximate task distribution: 80% bedside care, 20% office work
What You Bring
- Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in geriatric long-term care
- Empathetic, structured, quality- and process-oriented leader
- Leadership experience in a similar position with corresponding further training is an advantage
- Knowledge in the area of RAI-LTCF is an advantage
- Confident handling of electronic care documentation, PEP and IT
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, at least German level B2
- High social competence as well as appreciative and clear communication
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Economic thinking and acting
- Enjoyment in leading a small team, pleasure in teamwork, flair for smooth organisation/coordination and commitment to very good care quality
- Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
