As Key Account Manager (KAM), you will play a key role as the main point of contact between AXA in Winterthur and the Lausanne foundation. You will actively contribute to professionalising the collaboration and developing our collective foundation management business in French-speaking Switzerland. Your goal: to enable them to enjoy life with complete peace of mind. What awaits you Coordinate all interactions between AXA and the foundation to ensure smooth and professional communication. Be the preferred contact for the foundation's management and board members. Maintain regular dialogue with the foundation's management, various internal teams, asset management and sector management. Participate in the preparation and coordination of documents for board meetings, including quality control, ensuring clarity and simplicity. Assist during board meetings, taking charge of certain agenda items as needed. What you bring Higher education in economics, finance or a similar field, ideally complemented by a Federal Diploma as a Pension Fund Manager or equivalent. Several years of experience in occupational pension provision and strategic client management. Excellent communication skills, great interpersonal ease and the ability to simplify topics clearly and appropriately for each interlocutor. Structured and precise working method with a strong demand for quality. Integrity, exemplary reliability and absolute sense of confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Strategic analytical mind and ability to design and defend convincing comprehensive solutions. Strong commitment, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
