To strengthen our Legal, Tax and Real Estate department at the Lenzburg West location, we are looking for a reliable, competent personality with versatile knowledge in the areas of matrimonial property and inheritance law.
Your tasks
- Advising our clients including the preparation of documents in the area of matrimonial property and inheritance law (wills, drafts of marriage and inheritance contracts, donations, early property transfers, etc.)
- Independent handling of inheritance division or will execution mandates
- Preparation of documents such as advance directives, living wills, general powers of attorney, loan agreements, etc.
- Participation in customer events (lectures) as well as internal training in the areas of matrimonial property and inheritance law and banking law
What you bring
- Completed law degree at a Swiss university or notary patent
- Experience in the area of matrimonial property and inheritance law
- Knowledge of adult protection law as well as banking business and pension law is an advantage
- Systematic, independent and precise way of working
- Very high social competence and ability to work in a team
- Strong sales and customer orientation
- Diplomatic skills and a winning appearance as well as a confident manner of expression
