- In this exciting role, you work as a clerk in the purchasing department, which ensures the availability of raw and auxiliary materials as well as trade goods.
- You regularly communicate with our suppliers to obtain offers, coordinate delivery dates, or raise quality complaints.
- You are responsible for the monthly raw material index reporting as well as the general price deviation analysis.
- You take on general administrative procurement tasks such as price inquiries, order confirmations, delivery date monitoring, and create the basis for correct master data maintenance.
- You are responsible for updating relevant documents such as contracts, certificates, and specifications, etc., in our systems.
- You support the person responsible for the Food Purchasing area in administrative tasks and represent the Non-Food clerk during absences due to vacation.
Your Profile:
- You have a commercial basic education with ideally some initial experience in purchasing and/or relevant further training in purchasing.
- You are eager to learn, have a quick grasp, and convince with your perseverance, reliability, and structured way of working.
- You keep an overview even in hectic times.
- You are very familiar with common Office programs and also have experience with ERP systems.
- You communicate proficiently in German and bring French language skills (English is a plus).
- You are a team player who can contribute to and feel comfortable in a small, well-coordinated team.
