The successful applicant will undergo an extensive background check, therefore all applicants should have a clean debt and criminal record.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• Detect and investigate Fraud cases
• Document cases and report to law enforcement
• Recover losses
• Propose Fraud Prevention Measures
• Communicate with Fraud victim

YOUR SKILLS:

• 2+ years experience in Fraud Management
• Experience in Telco or credit card related field is a plus
• Keeping cool under high pressure
• Creative and curious thinker, flexible mindset
• Very good analytical skills
• Excellent Excel skills
• German and English fluent, French and Italian are a plus
