What is my role?
Our client requires support with a variety of tasks that demand initiative, structure, and strong communication skills. In this position, you will work closely with various departments and contribute significantly to the successful progress of projects.
Responsibility for assigned, sometimes cross-product group projects from the concept phase to completion, as well as handling project-related issues in day-to-day business
Analysis, development, and preparation of internal decision-making bases for approval processes
Establishment, further development, and design of digital production processes, including the mapping of production steps and relevant data in digital systems
Development, maintenance, and implementation of work plans, master data, and production-relevant documents to ensure smooth series production and sustainable production security
Analysis of components, products, and processes
Ensuring deadlines, budget, and objectives including reporting and complete project documentation
Participation in external visits and trade fairs as required
What do I need to be successful?
Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar field
Solid experience in project management, process management, and logistics in an industrial environment
High digital competence in designing and digitising production processes, ideally in the context of Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, and Lean Management; confident understanding of structuring and mapping production steps in digital systems
Extensive knowledge in ERP, SAP, and MS Office
Very good German skills and good English skills, both spoken and written
Connected, analytical thinking and a quick grasp
Reliable, precise, and independent working style
Willingness for multi-day international travel (max. once a month)
