Professional UX/UI Designer

We maintain long-standing and trusting relationships with over 80 companies from the Swiss retail, consumer goods and banking sectors, such as UBS, Swisscom, Raiffeisen.

To support our Interaction Design team, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer immediately or from 1 October 2026 for a fixed-term position of 6 months.

• Using human-centred design methods, you accompany our clients in problem definition and conceive appropriate approaches to find user-centred solutions.
• You observe trends in the customer environment and market and develop innovative solutions and concepts based on UX research findings in an iterative process.
• You develop design systems and ensure a consistent design language.
• You develop and design new digital solutions for our clients. With an intuitive user experience and modern design, you connect our clients’ brands with their users and create digital experiences that inspire.

• You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design of mobile and/or web applications, ideally on the agency side, and have completed training in design.
• You have a portfolio that provides insight into your previous work and your design competence.
• You work versatilely and combine UX and UI design with enthusiasm. You continuously expand your know-how and skills, remain open to new things and like to share your knowledge with your environment.
• You are proficient in Figma and have experience in handling and creating design systems and components.
• You are interested in new trends and tools in the AI field and consider how to sensibly integrate them into the work process.
• You competently present your ideas and concepts to our clients and communicate fluently in German and English.
• You are passionate about creative ideas, new technologies, unique customer experiences and outstanding design.
