• you care for and support the residents according to their individual needs
• you take on the daily responsibility
• you also adhere to the guidelines and follow the instructions of the doctors
• you ensure needs-oriented care and support
• you work early shifts from 06:45 to 16:00 and split shifts until 20:30
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 40% and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a health specialist EFZ (federal diploma) (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• professional experience in long-term care is an advantage but not a requirement
