• You will play a key role in further developing our online calculator for SMEs with a customer-centric approach
• As a member of a Scrum team, you are responsible for the end-to-end implementation of new features. This includes developing solution options, supporting implementation, quality assurance, and timely launch
• You model and describe business processes, rules, and business specifications
• You analyse incoming requirements and user interaction data, write user stories, and assess solution options in terms of functionality, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Depending on the requirement, you coordinate with the specialists
• You support the Product Owner in planning, meeting deadlines, and monitoring activities

• Ideally, you have a qualification or further training in Business Analysis or Business Informatics. Initial experience in CX/UX is an additional advantage
• You have several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the field of digital interaction
• You have a pronounced analytical-conceptual and solution-oriented mindset and approach new topics in a structured way
• You are strong in implementation and highly self-motivated
• With your communicative, committed, and independent personality, you work well in a team
• You are strong in negotiation and find it easy to interact with other product teams and stakeholders
• You have already worked with agile project methods, ideally in a Scrum team
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as very good English skills
