Tasks

• Psychiatric intensive care / 1:1 care of people in psychological emergency situations
• Attentive and mindful "being present", listening and accompanying
• Conveying hope, confidence and security
• Close exchange and cooperation with the responsible nursing staff

Profile

• Started studies in psychology, medicine, nursing, social work or completed training in one of the corresponding fields
• For recovery companions: EX-IN certificate
• Interest in the experiential world of and cooperation with people
• Calm, reflective personality who can perceive themselves and personal boundaries well
• High resilience and reliability
