• you support the planning and implementation of projects to further develop our corporate processes
• you analyze workflows in various areas, identify optimization potentials, and help to standardize and further develop processes
• you actively contribute to the establishment and implementation of a structured, hospital-wide process management
• you participate in quality management; especially in the structured recording and tracking of risks within our organizational risk management
• you take on versatile administrative tasks throughout the area, including appointment organization, minute taking, preparation of documents, or communication
• you work closely with professionals from different areas and promote constructive cross-departmental collaboration
• you assist with the supervision of apprentices and interns

• you have a completed degree in business administration, health economics, project or process management, or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained initial experience in project work or in the area of process and quality management, ideally in healthcare
• you enjoy applying your structured approach, analytical thinking, and eye for clear workflows
• you have an independent and reliable working style and are willing to carefully take on administrative tasks
• your openness, communication skills, and ability to confidently navigate an interdisciplinary environment distinguish you
• you have the desire to develop further and to take on more responsibility in projects or specialist topics in the medium term
