As a Swiss family business, we are present at over twenty locations in Switzerland.For Hälg Facility Management AG, a company of the Hälg Group, we are looking for a Technical Site Manager 100% in Zurich from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
Your Challenge
- Operation of building technology systems
- Execution or organisation of repair and maintenance work on building services systems and facilities
- Carrying out technical inspection rounds in the assigned properties
- Management and updating of operational documentation in the CAFM system (CAFM: Computer Aided Facility Management)
- Supervision and checking of services provided by subcontractors
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Provision of on-call service
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a building technician in the HVACSE sector, specialist in operational maintenance
- Initial professional experience in a similar field of activity
- Fluent German skills, any additional language is an advantage
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of fire protection is an advantage
- Resilient and reliable personality
- Independent and service-oriented working style
- Sense of safety, cleanliness and openness
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Driving licence category B
