Job Description

You will be responsible for welcoming and directing patients upon their arrival.
You will efficiently manage incoming telephone calls.
Your mission will be to respond promptly and effectively to requests from patients, staff, and external visitors.
You will also be responsible for handling patients' administrative admissions and carefully following up on their files.

Qualifications

For this position, you have a CFC qualification as a commercial employee or an equivalent training.
You have prior experience in a similar field.
Additionally, proficiency in common IT tools is required. Interpersonal and social skills, as well as a sense of responsibility and professional awareness, are essential to succeed in this role.
You have an open, dynamic, and communicative personality.
Furthermore, the ability to take initiative, adapt easily, work independently, and integrate quickly into a team are sought-after skills.
Knowledge of the German language is mandatory for this position
