As Sales Director, you take responsibility for commercial activities in French-speaking Switzerland. You lead a team of eight external employees and service technicians and actively participate in the development of the commercial strategy. In collaboration with management, the internal sales department, and the sales teams in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino, you contribute to creating a solid foundation for sustainable success.

Your main responsibilities
- Implementation of the commercial strategy for your region, including planning objectives and available measures.
- Coaching, motivating, and developing your team
- Managing and developing existing client relationships and targeted acquisition of new clients
- "Value Selling" oriented advice and sustainable client success
- Steering commercial activities, reporting, and budget responsibility
- Close collaboration with management, marketing, internal service, product management, and colleagues from German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino
