How you can contribute
- Independently ensure efficient IT services and take overall responsibility
- Develop, plan, control, implement, ensure and monitor processes for managing IT services and operations
- Negotiate, harmonise, update Service Level Agreements (SLA) and continuously monitor their correct implementation
- Advise and support internal stakeholders in drafting service agreements with suppliers and partners
- Manage and optimise the IT change management process and ensure the coordinated adoption of all IT changes in the production environment
- Act as deputy for the IT specialist responsible for office automation
What makes you unique
- Completed university degree (FH/University) in computer science, business informatics or comparable practical experience
- Proven knowledge in information and communication technologies as well as several years of experience in application integration
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills; very good abstract and networked thinking
- Independent, quality- and results-oriented working style
- Knowledge of the federal administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of office automation (Windows, Office M365) is an advantage
