Your area of responsibility
- two-year practical training to become a certified expert in emergency nursing NDS HF
- learning the competence of triage to ensure
appropriate medical care for all
emergency patients of all ages. - acquiring the ability to act professionally in rapidly changing

priority-based action in acute emergency situations. - progressive acquisition of skills through alternating between theoretical lessons at the
Bern Nursing Education Center and practical
application at the learning location in practice. - various internships (ICU, anesthesia, ambulance service, children’s hospital)
Your competencies
- tertiary level qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF or Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH or an equivalent, recognized, registered
foreign diploma - at least 6 months of professional experience after completing diploma training in an acute care ward
- enjoy working with various
professional groups - calm action in hectic, stressful and
responsible work situations - language skills in German: European
language certificate level C1
