For our consulting office in Zurich, we are looking for a consultant (80%) starting 1.7.2026 or by arrangement.
YOUR MISSION
- Advising employees of our client companies on operational, personal, health, financial, and reintegration-related issues
- Regular case administration, reporting, and assistance with client reports
- Supporting regional management, team leadership, and/or client support as needed
- Main location is Zurich. If needed, Winterthur, Schaffhausen, and other locations.
YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Degree in Social Work or Psychology (FH or University) mandatory
- Broad, several years of consulting experience
- Knowledge in mediation, coaching, team interventions is an advantage
- Previous experience in systemic counseling or therapy desired
- In-depth knowledge of social insurance issues is an advantage
- Fluent English skills mandatory, French skills an advantage
- High resilience – ability to work analytically under pressure
- Openness and flexibility as well as good presentation skills
- Independent working style and ability to work independently and alone at the location
- Experience in coaching is an advantage
