What to expect:
• You are the first point of contact for our international customers for demanding technical inquiries – also in critical or escalated situations.
• You analyze and resolve complex disruptions in the areas of network, servers, databases, and software in a structured and efficient manner.
• You take over incident and escalation handling and confidently guide customers through challenging support cases.
• You adapt systems based on customer requirements and independently perform configuration adjustments.
• As a link between development and customer, you coordinate demanding issues, prioritize correctly, and ensure clear, professional communication.
• You ensure a high level of service quality and regularly participate in customer meetings (e.g., support status calls, Q&As, pre-migration calls, etc.).
What you bring:
• Completed training in the field of IT (EFZ, HF, FH) or several years of solid ICT experience in a support environment.
• Practical experience dealing with complex IT infrastructures (network, servers, databases, applications).
• Experience handling escalated or demanding customer cases.
• High resilience and the ability to remain calm, structured, and solution-oriented even under pressure.
• Confident demeanor on the phone and in online meetings – even with demanding customers.
• Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking skills, and an independent working style.
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
