What you will achieve• Development of construction projects, execution plans, and detailed planning
• Independent handling of planning and subproject assignments
• Leadership of the internal project team
• Taking over construction administrative tasks
• Communication with clients, authorities, and contractors
• Construction schedule planning (planning the planning)
How you impress us• Completed training as a Technician HF
• Enthusiasm for work and diverse projects and tasks
• Precise and goal-oriented work are among your strengths, and you keep an overview even in
complex projects
• You act independently between authorities, companies, clients, and our
project team.
• High expertise and secure knowledge in ArchiCAD, MS Office, SIA standards, and
construction law as well as good German skills in spoken and written form
• And of course, the desire to be part of a great team
