About the job

More than 1300 students attend the Rüti school, and about 280 of them use the offers of supplementary school care, which are provided with great commitment and joy by the care teams in four facilities of the day structures.
For the care group at the Unterdorf 2 location, we are looking for a
Care Specialist EFZ as Day Supervisor approx. 47%
Exchange, team meetings, and holiday care are included in the workload. Working days: Monday – Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. (including 30 minutes break)
Your tasks:
- Leading a care group in pedagogical and organizational terms
- Accompanying and supporting school-age children from kindergarten to 6th grade
- Deputizing for the group leader
- Collaboration with parents, school, and other stakeholders
- Responsibility for implementing internal framework conditions
- Participation in meetings
- Working in holiday care
Your profile:
- Completed training as a care specialist (FaBe) or an equivalent qualification is mandatory
- Solid practical professional experience in child care is desired
- Excellent social skills
- High service orientation and discretion
- Enjoyment in working with students from different cultures
- Good oral and written German skills
- Willingness to work flexibly
