Your Tasks

• Independent site management of projects in road and utility construction (water, wastewater, district heating)
• Coordination and supervision of construction sites regarding costs, quality, deadlines, and safety
• Leadership and coordination of contractors, suppliers, and other project participants
• Inspection of execution according to plans, standards (SIA), and contracts
• Quantity surveying, claims management, and cost control
• Managing construction administration including reporting, minutes, and billing
• Contact person for clients, authorities, and residents on site

Your Expertise

• Several years of experience in road, civil, or utility construction
• Good knowledge of common standards and procedures in infrastructure construction
• You have completed training as a site manager or construction supervisor.
• You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Bauplus or experience with construction administration software is a plus.
• You work independently and reliably.
• You are flexible, communicative, and a true team player.
