Your Tasks
- Accompanying our residents in their personal competence development
- Design and implementation of the internal daily structure
- Planning and execution of leisure activities
Your Profile
- Completed training as a specialist in care or as a specialist in health, nursing specialist DN 1 or comparable
- Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
